Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane are looking to hire a Commis Waiter/Waitress for Pavyllon Restaurant.
Discover Pavyllon London, a Michelin-starred restaurant in the heart of Mayfair and the British expression of Chef Yannick Alléno’s modern French cuisine, blending culinary artistry with the relaxed elegance of a neighborhood restaurant. Every dish reflects his innovation, precision and passion for reinvention, with counter seating offering front-row access to a dynamic open kitchen.
Your role:
As our Restaurant Commis Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant team to provide impeccable service at all times to guests in Pavyllon Restaurant, Bar and Lounge.
The Restaurant Commis Waiter will thoroughly understand Four Seasons’ and Yannick Alleno quality standards in food presentation, beverage and service and implement them. The Restaurant Commis Waiter will carry trays with food, drinks and dishes to and from the kitchen as well as serve beverages and other food items when required.
What you will do:
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables before, during, and after service
- Support the service team by delivering food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold Four Seasons standards while learning and growing in your role
What you bring:
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A willingness to learn and grow within a luxury environment
- Proficiency in spoken English
- The Right to Work in the UK
Schedule and hours:
- This is a full-time position, contracted at 40 hours per week
- Earliest start time will be 6am, and the latest finish will be around 1am
- The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. Candidates must be flexible to work mornings, evenings and weekends
