About the role
As a Reservations Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operation of the reservations department. You will ensure accuracy, consistency, and warmth in every guest interaction, supporting the team in delivering the thoughtful and personalised service that Four Seasons is known for.
What you will do
- Assist with managing room inventory and ensuring availability is accurately maintained.
- Maintain close communication with operational departments to support a seamless guest journey.
- Handle all reservations with precision and attention to detail.
- Support the Reservations Manager with coaching, guiding, and developing the team.
- Confidently manage guest enquiries, VIP requests, and complex bookings.
