Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Casual Guestroom Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. In this role you will maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms to Four Seasons standards, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.
Responsibilities
- Clean, dust and sanitize all areas of the guest room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure.
- Perform room-attendant duties in occupied rooms and in check-out rooms.
- Provide turndown service for guests.
- Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in hotel housekeeping is considered an asset.
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
