Location: Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, in a historic five‑star hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms to Four Seasons standards, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and amenities.
- Carry out evening turndown service in guest rooms in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
- Refresh beds, lighting, curtains, amenities and overall room presentation.
- Replenish towels, water, and guest amenities as required.
- Maintain privacy, discretion and professionalism when interacting with guests.
- Report maintenance issues or lost property accurately and promptly.
- Keep housekeeping areas and trolleys clean and organised.
- Work collaboratively with Housekeeping colleagues and other hotel departments.
- Uphold Four Seasons values and service excellence at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping experience welcomed but not essential; full training provided.
