Overview

As a Waiter or Waitress in Rotunda, you will deliver a polished, attentive, and personalised dining experience across breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and evening service.

You will guide guests through the menu, serve food and beverages with confidence, and ensure every interaction reflects Four Seasons standards.

This is a highly guest-facing role that requires strong communication, product knowledge, and a warm, professional approach.

What you will do

  • Deliver attentive and professional food and beverage service in line with Four Seasons standards
  • Build strong menu knowledge, confidently explaining dishes, drinks, and recommendations
  • Take orders accurately and ensure timely service
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Prepare and maintain tables and service areas to a high standard
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience, including upselling where appropriate
  • Respond to guest requests and feedback with care and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or similar environment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests
  • Good knowledge of food, beverage, or willingness to learn
  • Professional presentation and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork and organisational skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
