As a Waiter or Waitress, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional dining experiences throughout every stage of the guest journey. Working closely with the restaurant leadership team, you will provide warm, engaging, and personalised service while developing strong product knowledge and creating memorable experiences for every guest. What you will do
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in line with Four Seasons standards
- Build genuine relationships with guests through warm and personalised interactions
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of menus, wines, beverages, and seasonal specials
- Take food and beverage orders confidently and accurately
- Serve food and beverages to the highest standards of presentation and timing
- Ensure your section is prepared and maintained throughout service
- Work closely with both front of house and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Anticipate guest needs and respond professionally to requests
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
Previous experience as a Waiter or similar role within a quality driven restaurant environment - Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation
- Positive attitude and team focused approach
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast paced environment
- Good food and beverage knowledge or a desire to learn
- Good spoken and written English
- Right to Work in the UK
