Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and the signature Four Seasons hospitality.
  • Manage bookings, appointments, and enquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide expert knowledge about spa treatments, services, packages, and experiences tailored to guest needs.
  • Assist guests with product recommendations and retail purchases.
  • Handle payments, invoicing, and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Maintain a pristine and inviting reception area, reflecting the luxury standards of Four Seasons.
  • Coordinate with spa therapists and hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.
