Four-month paid internship with flexible start date from May or June 2026 (40 Hours - Mon to Fri) at Four Seasons. Our People and Culture team supports, develops, and engages employees to deliver exceptional experiences. This internship is ideal for students or hospitality professionals wishing to start a career in Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- As a People and Culture Intern, you will work closely with the Learning and Development Manager and Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager, gaining hands‑on exposure to both pillars of People and Culture.
- You will be involved in day‑to‑day tasks, an overall internship project, employee events and administration that directly impacts the employee lifecycle.
Learning and Development
- Assist with creating training calendar invites and post‑training feedback surveys.
- Support induction programmes and training session set‑ups and take‑downs.
- Help maintain learning records and attendance trackers administratively.
- Upgrade Learning Calendar visuals, including post‑training engagement posts.
Talent Acquisition
- Proactively support careers events, open days, and talent attraction initiatives.
- Assist the recruitment process from job advert postings through to onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, recruit tracking and shadow interviews.
- Create visuals and social media content tailored to attracting top talent.
You will also gain exposure to daily People and Culture activities, including employee events, internal communications, and day‑to‑day HR administration.
Qualifications
- Genuine interest in HR and ability to complete a full 4‑month internship.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Canva and social media engagement.
- Ideally studying a related degree, recently graduated, or currently working in hospitality or an administration role.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional approach with confident communication skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
