As a Pastry Commis Chef, you will support the Pastry team in the preparation, production, and presentation of high‑quality pastry items across the hotel. Working under the guidance of senior pastry chefs, you will be involved in daily mise en place, service preparation, and maintaining the high standards expected at Four Seasons.

This role is located at Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and production of desserts, pastries, and baked items
  • Follow recipes, methods, and instructions to ensure consistency and quality
  • Support service for restaurants, banqueting, and events as required
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
  • Assist with stock rotation and basic inventory practices
  • Work collaboratively with the wider pastry and kitchen team
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef in pastry or formal culinary training
  • Genuine interest in pastry and patisserie
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Positive, reliable, and team‑focused attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑quality kitchen environment
  • Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
