Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
- Set up and present in-room dining service to Four Seasons standards.
- Provide confident menu and beverage knowledge, offering recommendations where appropriate.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Maintain discretion, calmness, and a polished presence throughout overnight service.
- Ensure correct billing and payment procedures are followed.
- Support preparation and organisation of the In Room Dining service area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and wider team to ensure smooth and timely execution.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage or In Room Dining in a luxury environment.
- Strong communication skills and confident guest interaction.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership overnight.
- High standards of presentation and attention to detail.
- Calm, professional, and service-driven approach.
- Willingness to work a permanent night shift schedule.
