As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations on assigned floors, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest Four Seasons standards.
You will lead, support, and coordinate Room Attendants and Porters, providing guidance and supervision to ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and consistently.
This is a hands on leadership role, requiring strong attention to detail, organisation, and a genuine passion for service.
What you will do
- Supervise and allocate daily work for Room Attendants and Porters on assigned floors
- Ensure guest rooms, corridors, stairwells, and service areas are clean, well presented, and maintained to Four Seasons standards
- Conduct room inspections and follow up on quality and maintenance issues
- Support training, onboarding, and coaching of Housekeeping team members
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with Housekeeping leadership and other departments
- Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
- Uphold health, safety, and security standards at all times
- Lead by example, promoting a positive, respectful, and professional working environment
Qualifications
- One to two years’ experience in a similar Housekeeping supervisory role
- Strong communication skills and a good command of written and spoken English
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- High standards of personal presentation and professionalism
- A guest focused attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and go the extra mile
- Ability to motivate and support a diverse team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays
