We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Executive (Maternity Cover) to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire on a fixed-term contract commencing in October 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to play a key role in delivering exceptional events and memorable guest experiences.

From intimate family celebrations to large-scale weddings and corporate gatherings, you will be responsible for coordinating every detail and ensuring flawless execution.

Working closely with clients and internal departments, you will help bring our guests' visions to life while maintaining the exceptional service standards synonymous with Four Seasons.

What you will do

  • Proactively and reactively sell social catering and event opportunities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for event clients, overseeing all event details including accommodation, catering, audiovisual requirements and off-site recommendations.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Catering and operational departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Conduct property tours for prospective clients, wedding couples and event planners.
  • Create tailored event proposals, menu recommendations and bespoke event experiences.
  • Maintain accurate client records, contracts and follow-up activities within hotel systems.
  • Ensure hotel policies, procedures and contractual agreements are upheld at all times.
  • Support guest and team safety through compliance with all fire, health and safety regulations.
  • Attend event handovers and work closely with operational teams to ensure successful execution of all events.
  • A polished, professional approach and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, events and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Strong communication, organisational and administrative skills.
  • The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues and external partners.
  • Previous experience within events, catering sales or luxury hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and event coordination systems would be advantageous.
