Every moment of a guest's stay matters, and our dedicated Guest Experience team plays a vital role in ensuring seamless, personalised and memorable experiences from start to finish. We are now seeking a committed and detail-driven Guest Experience Coordinator to join our Leisure Reservations and PBX Team. This role is essential to maintaining exceptional service quality, supporting guests with warmth and professionalism, and upholding the highest standards of communication and care.
As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be a central point of contact for guest enquiries, requests, and reservations. You will bring excellent communication skills, a passion for service, and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Assist guests with reservation enquiries, room requests, and general information
- Handle both telephone and written communication with accuracy, warmth and professionalism
- Liaise closely with hotel departments to ensure seamless coordination of guest needs
- Support the PBX operation by managing calls promptly and efficiently
- Anticipate guest expectations, providing personalised suggestions and solutions
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special requirements
- Uphold Four Seasons standards of luxury, care and service excellence
- Ensure all correspondence and booking details are accurate and meticulously organised
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or reservations preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A hospitable nature and genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and remain calm under pressure
- Professional, positive, and collaborative attitude
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
