This internship is designed to give you real exposure to Front Office operations in one of London's most iconic luxury hotels. You will work across Front Desk, Guest Experience, and Guest Services, supporting the team wherever needed depending on the operation of the day and week. You will gain hands-on experience in delivering seamless guest experiences while building the skills and confidence needed for a successful career in hospitality. No prior hotel experience is required. We are looking for individuals with the right attitude, a passion for people, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Front Office team across Front Desk, Guest Experience, and Guest Services as operational needs require.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out experiences and provide a warm, professional first impression of the hotel.
  • Respond to guest questions, requests, and feedback in a timely and confident manner.
  • Help manage guest flow during busy periods, including group arrivals, leisure check-ins, and high-volume departure days.
  • Maintain accurate guest information and support day-to-day Front Office operations.
  • Work closely with the wider Front Office team to ensure smooth service delivery throughout the guest journey.
  • Help create a positive, efficient, and welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in guest interaction.
  • Hospitality student or someone looking to start a career in hotels.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • No previous experience required, full training will be provided.

  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

What to expect

  • 40 hours per week.
