As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. This high-profile position sets the tone for their stay by handling check-ins and check-outs, managing guest inquiries, and providing personalised assistance to reflect the Four Seasons standard of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and manage all aspects of their arrival and departure
  • Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using Opera PMS
  • Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and special requests are fulfilled
  • Maintain accurate records and process payments securely
  • Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
  • Uphold Four Seasons' standards of service and presentation at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous front desk experience in a hotel is essential
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in computer systems; Opera PMS experience preferred
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service
