Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Manager in Training. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and food and beverage operations who is eager to grow and develop in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
As a Manager in Training (MIT) you will be assigned a Development Coach who will oversee your 7 step Four Seasons induction process and ensure you are well versed in your departmental service standards. You will also participate in monthly department meetings, monthly MIT meetings, get involved with a hotel committee, attend relevant training programs and attend the all Hotel monthly celebration parties.
What you will do:
- The program consists of 3 six month department rotations within the Food & Beverage division, with gradually increasing responsibility.
- You will be assigned a buddy to assist you with settling into the program and with any ongoing questions.
- By the end of the program, graduating MITs should be ready to assume an Assistant Manager level role.
- Support the Food & Beverage leadership team in overseeing all aspects of food & beverage.
- Learn how to manage and lead a team of service professionals.
- High attention to detail and commitment to a luxury quality.
