Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Finance Manager who shares our passion for excellence and brings energy, curiosity, and integrity to everything they do. This is a key role within the Finance team, offering visibility, responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the hotel's financial success and long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance of the General Ledger and ensure timely and accurate Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Assist in ensuring effective internal controls are in place and operating consistently
- Support month-end close processes and ongoing financial reporting
- Partner with hotel department leaders to enhance financial awareness and accountability
- Coach and support operational teams to build financial acumen and understanding
- Participate in corporate and regional finance projects and initiatives
- Support the Director of Finance and Assistant Director of Finance with analysis, reviews, and financial governance
- Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and controls
What you bring
- Previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar role, ideally within hospitality or a service-led environment
- Strong understanding of financial controls, balance sheet management, and general ledger processes
- Confident communicator with the ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
