The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.

The role includes all usual yard duties (including riding/lunging) and escorting hacks of all levels on the Four Seasons estate. Days are on a rota basis and will include at least 1 full weekend a month.

Applicants should be 18+ and have the following:

  • Drivers license
  • Experience working with horses
  • Ability to turn out to a high standard
  • Ability to hack/school confidently in walk, trot and canter
  • Ability to lunge
  • BHS Stage 1/2 qualification or equivalent
  • Customer service/hospitality experience desirable but not essential - training will be provided.

Pay is national minimum wage topped up with an employee bonus scheme adding up to an estimated £6k extra per annum.
