As Club Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our Members, delivering a warm welcome and consistently exceptional service. This multifaceted role supports the Events and Membership Sales teams, while also managing Member Relations and overseeing the Club Reception.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist Members and guests with professionalism and discretion.
  • Provide administrative support to the Events and Membership departments.
  • Maintain accurate Member records and assist with onboarding new Members.
  • Coordinate Club communications and respond to Member enquiries.
  • Support the planning and execution of Club events.
  • Ensure the reception area and Club spaces are impeccably presented at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or private members club environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and Club management systems.
  • A genuine passion for service and creating memorable experiences.

Working Hours

Full‑time, 40‑hour contract. Five 8‑hour shifts from Monday to Friday. The Club operates from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday to Friday and is closed on bank holidays. Flexibility to work early mornings and late evenings is essential.
