As Room Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of In Room Dining. Acting as the central point of communication, you will receive and manage guest orders via telephone and mobile applications, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a warm, professional service at all times. You will work closely with the kitchen, service teams, and management to ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time, while maintaining Four Seasons standards for quality, care, and attention to detail. Responsibilities

  • Receive and process in‑room dining orders via telephone and mobile platforms with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Provide clear, friendly, and confident menu knowledge to guests.
  • Coordinate orders with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate daily events, special menus, and guest requests to the wider team.
  • Maintain accurate order records and ensure correct billing procedures.
  • Handle guest enquiries and requests calmly, resolving issues where possible.

Qualifications

Schedule and hours

This is a full‑time position working 40 hours per week over five days. Shift patterns vary and candidates must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
