The In‑Room Dining team ensures guests enjoy the same level of care, quality, and attention overnight as they do throughout the day. This hybrid night role seeks an In‑Room Dining Night Server and Coordinator to join the Food and Beverage team.
Responsibilities
- As In‑Room Dining Night Coordinator: receive and process guest orders via telephone and mobile app, manage all in‑room dining orders, ensure accurate communication with kitchen and service teams, coordinate special menus and overnight requests, and ensure correct billing procedures and order tracking.
- As In‑Room Dining Night Server: deliver food and beverages to guest rooms with professionalism and care, set up and clear service in line with Four Seasons standards, maintain discretion, calmness, and attention to detail overnight, respond politely and efficiently to guest requests, and support cleanliness and organisation of service areas.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage, Room Service, or hospitality operations.
- Confidence communicating with guests and colleagues.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership overnight.
- Calm, professional manner suited to night service.
- Comfort working with digital systems and mobile applications.
- Commitment to a night‑shift schedule.
Schedule
- Five nights per week.
- Overnight schedule: 10.30 pm to 7.00 am.
- Hybrid role typically split across three Coordinator shifts and two Server shifts.

- £36,500 annual package inclusive of base salary and service charge.
