Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking for a Conference Services Executive to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the hotel, coordinating all aspects of group bookings including accommodation, events, catering, and additional services.
  • Proactively upsell hotel services and amenities to maximize contracted revenue and enhance the client experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Catering, and operational departments to ensure seamless execution of group needs and maximize function space utilization.
  • Maintain accurate records, timelines, and follow‑ups for all group accounts, ensuring all contractual policies such as deposits and rooming lists are upheld.
  • Conduct property tours and present creative, tailored proposals to potential clients, including customized menu presentations and event recommendations.
  • Support forecasting efforts by providing input into weekly and monthly revenue projections.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure profitable bookings while meeting their event and accommodation requirements.
  • Attend pre‑event meetings and internal planning sessions to communicate group requirements and ensure flawless service delivery.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all group and event enquiries across phone, email, and walk‑in channels.
