The Chef de Partie will lead the Club Kitchen team, along with the Sous Chef. This kitchen is responsible for Members’ Dining Room and the Château Latour Dining Room. The Chef de Partie will supervise and oversee the preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner food items per guest orders or as assigned by kitchen management. This role will operate from Monday to Friday.
