Overview Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate Banqueting Supervisor to join our exceptional Food & Beverage team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong passion for hospitality and events who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within luxury service operations. As a Banqueting Supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering outstanding service across all banqueting and events functions. You will support the Banqueting and Events leadership team in ensuring each event is executed to the highest Four Seasons standards, creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be involved in department meetings, attend relevant training programs, and take part in our hotel celebration events, contributing to our positive and collaborative team culture.
Responsibilities Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Banqueting department, ensuring seamless execution of all meetings, events, and social functions.Lead and support a team of service professionals, ensuring they are trained and confident in delivering exceptional service.Work closely with the Events and Culinary teams to ensure flawless coordination before, during, and after each function.Maintain Four Seasons service standards across all banqueting spaces.Assist with setup, service delivery, and breakdown of events, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.Support with scheduling, team briefings, and operational planning.Handle guest requests professionally, ensuring a luxury experience at every touchpoint.Uphold all health & safety, hygiene, and compliance standards within the department.Participate in departmental and hotel meetings, contributing ideas and supporting continuous improvement.
Qualifications High attention to detail and a commitment to luxury quality.Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Events, ideally within a banqueting setting.A passion for exceptional service and hospitality.Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop a diverse team.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Flexibility to adapt to changing guest needs and operational demands.Experience in the luxury hospitality market is an advantage.
