As a Casual Banqueting Bartender, you will support the delivery of exceptional events by preparing and serving beverages with professionalism and efficiency. Working across a variety of functions, you will ensure bar service is smooth, organised, and aligned with Four Seasons standards. You will play a key role in creating a polished and engaging guest experience, maintaining consistency while working within a fast paced banqueting environment. You will also support the Banqueting Operations team to ensure bars are set up, operated, and closed in line with procedures and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve beverages efficiently during banqueting events
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all bar products, including wines, spirits, and cocktails
  • Deliver quick, accurate, and professional service to guests and service teams
  • Set up and break down banquet bars in line with operational standards
  • Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and weights and measures requirements
  • Support the Banqueting Operations team to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well presented bar area at all times
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and guest focused atmosphere

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of bartending experience, ideally within a hotel or events environment
  • Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks
  • Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
  • A professional and reliable approach to casual work
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
