About the Role: As a Valet Attendant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests and team members always look their best. You’ll be responsible for the careful handling, processing, and finishing of guest clothing and employee uniforms to the highest standards. You’ll also manage the collection and delivery of garments with efficiency and care.
What You’ll Do:
- Receive, categorize, and process guest and staff garments with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure all items are cleaned, pressed, and returned to the highest standards
- Coordinate timely pick-up and delivery of clothing to guest rooms
- Maintain accurate records of items received and returned
- Communicate clearly and courteously with guests and colleagues
- Support the wider laundry team as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
What You Bring:
- Ideally, you’ll have at least one year of experience in a similar role
- You have excellent communication skills and a good command of English, both spoken and written
- You take pride in your appearance and present yourself professionally at all times
- You’re service-oriented, proactive, and always ready to go the extra mile to delight our guests
