About the Spa: Located at the heart of Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge, our Spa is a luxury wellness destination designed around the historic architecture of the building. Combining elegant surroundings with world class facilities and personalised treatments, the Spa offers guests a sanctuary in the heart of the City.

The role: As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a variety of treatments in line with Four Seasons standards, tailoring each experience to meet the individual needs and preferences of our guests. You will be responsible for delivering consistently exceptional treatments while creating a warm, welcoming, and relaxing environment.

What you will do:

  • Deliver a range of face and body treatments in accordance with Four Seasons protocols
  • Consult with guests and personalise treatments based on their needs and preferences
  • Maintain exceptional guest care before, during, and after treatments
  • Build strong product and treatment knowledge to confidently recommend retail products and services
  • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Support the Spa team in creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain accurate guest records and treatment notes
  • Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards

What we are looking for:

  • Recognised beauty therapy or massage qualification such as NVQ Level 3, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, VTCT, City & Guilds, HND, or equivalent
  • Previous experience within a luxury spa, hotel spa, or premium wellness environment
  • Excellent understanding of guest care and five star treatment standards
  • Genuine interest in holistic therapies and wellbeing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Professional presentation and a passion for hospitality
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated team
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Right to Work in the UK

What to expect:

  • 32 hour per week contract
  • Four shifts per week based on business needs
  • Flexibility required across weekdays, weekends, evenings, and public holidays
