About The Role

Nestled in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire offers world-class hospitality in a stunning setting. Our luxury spa is a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation, and we are looking for a dedicated Spa Attendant to join our team. As a Spa Attendant, you will ensure the spa facilities are immaculate and welcoming, supporting our therapists and creating an exceptional experience for every guest. This is a hands-on role that combines attention to detail with outstanding customer service. The role covers 2 days per week on a part-time basis.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, and changing areas
  • Prepare rooms for treatments, ensuring all supplies and equipment are ready
  • Restock towels, robes, and amenities throughout the day
  • Assist guests with directions and provide a warm, professional welcome
  • Support therapists and spa reception team as needed
  • Uphold Four Seasons standards of luxury and service excellence

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in hospitality or spa environment preferred
