The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is a resort hotel in the countryside, just 10 minutes from the town of Fleet and Farnham and 45 minutes from London. About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Demi Chef de Partie to join our Henry’s kitchen team, our dedicated staff dining restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. In this vital role, you’ll help deliver fresh, nutritious, and high-quality meals to our colleagues—because we believe taking care of our people starts with great food.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare and cook a variety of staff meals in line with daily menus and dietary needs
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food presentation
  • Assist with menu planning, stock rotation, and daily prep
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and timely service
  • Support junior team members and contribute to a positive kitchen environment
  • Uphold Four Seasons standards and values in every dish you serve

What You Bring

  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie
  • Passionate about cooking and delivering excellent quality, even behind the scenes
  • A strong team player with good communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (Level 2 Food Hygiene desirable)
  • Adaptable, organised, and committed to high standards
