About the Role

As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, we are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Rooms Intern to join our Rooms Division team. As a Rooms Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience across key operational areas, supporting our Housekeeping, Front Office, and Guest Services teams. This internship is designed to give you valuable insight into luxury hospitality, helping you build strong foundations for a future career within the industry.

What You Will Do

  • Support Housekeeping with maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas
  • Assist the Front Office team with guest arrivals, departures, and daily operations
  • Provide a warm, genuine welcome and assist guests with directions, queries, and requests
  • Restock amenities, linens, and supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with Guest Services to ensure seamless, personalised experiences
  • Uphold Four Seasons standards of service, professionalism, and attention to detail
