This impressive five-star hotel, housed in a beautiful grade II listed building that was the former HQ of the Port of London Authority, features 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments, a stunning ballroom that has hosted events like the United Nations inaugural reception, 5 meeting rooms, a destination spa with 6 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna, swimming and vitality pools, and excellent Food and Beverage options.
Position: Public Area Attendant (Casual)
The role: The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all public spaces in the hotel, handling guest requests, and ensuring attention to detail in all areas. This role involves direct contact with guests, requiring good communication skills.
Ideal candidate:
- At least one year’s experience in a related position preferred
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile
