Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is delighted to be recruiting a Pastry Chef de Partie for our Michelin‑starred restaurant, led in partnership with Chef Yannick Alléno. Four Seasons Park Lane and Yannick Alléno are proud to continue their collaboration, bringing Modern French cuisine to London through a refined, contemporary dining experience. Chef Alléno is one of France’s most celebrated and innovative chefs, recognised with multiple Michelin stars across his restaurants worldwide. His approach blends French gastronomic heritage with creativity, precision and a deep respect for exceptional seasonal produce.
Your role
As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will play an essential role in the pastry kitchen, working closely with the Executive Pastry Chef to support the daily operations of a dynamic, creative team. You will oversee the preparation and production of all pastry items and desserts for the restaurant, as well as contribute to pastry requirements within the hotel. Your skill, consistency, and eye for detail will ensure a seamless and elegant guest experience in every service.
What You Will Do
- Prepare, produce, and plate high‑quality pastry and dessert items in line with the restaurant’s standards
- Support the Executive Pastry Chef in the smooth daily running of the pastry kitchen
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation and texture across all dishes
- Contribute creative ideas for menu development and seasonal specials
- Ensure all pastry operations follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in training and guiding junior team members
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to support service
- Manage mise en place efficiently to deliver a flawless service
- Maintain a clean, organised and well structured work environment
- Support pastry production for other parts of the hotel when required
What You Bring
- Previous experience as a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
- Strong understanding of classical and modern pastry techniques
- Creativity, passion and a genuine desire to elevate the guest experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of quality
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for learning and development
