This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).

A sanctuary in the heart of the City, the spa offers a thoughtful collection of effective, beneficial and result-driven treatments, created to address balance and restore equilibrium to mind and body on the ultimate journey to well-being.
The Spa Therapist role: The Spa Therapist position performs a variety of treatments according to established Four Seasons protocols, and will be able to read guests and customize treatments based on needs and preferences. The Spa Therapist is responsible for creating an environment that is of pure peace and relaxation for all Spa guests. This position will be offered on an on-call/casual basis.
The ideal Spa Therapist will have:
- Recognised beauty therapy/massage qualification with previous experience in a 5* spa environment - NVQ level 2, 3, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC – OND or HND, VTCT, City&Guilds
- Excellent understanding of client care and five star treatment standards
- Genuine interest in holistic spa treatments
- Ability to work as part of a dedicated and passionate team
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills, solid computer skills and a hospitality spirit
- Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
