Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking for a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Are you passionate about digital storytelling, social media trends, and luxury brands? This is a hands‑on opportunity to gain experience in content creation, influencer coordination, and community engagement within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in creating, editing, and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Pinterest
- Coordinate influencer requests and logistics
- Support team logistics for photoshoots, brand events, and key marketing initiatives, including briefings and coordination
- Monitor and respond to community messages and Google reviews
- Brainstorm and pitch fresh content ideas aligned with brand goals
- Shoot and edit lo‑fi videos and Reels for social media
- Help manage content calendars and track engagement metrics
What You Bring
- A strong eye for detail and visual aesthetics
- Experience creating content for personal or brand accounts
- Proficient in Instagram Reels and/or TikTok creation
- Familiarity with Canva is a must; Adobe Creative Suite or video editing apps (CapCut, InShot) a plus
- Personable, confident, and switched‑on with a can‑do attitude
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required
- Passion for luxury, hospitality, and the Four Seasons brand
- Hotel background not required, but luxury experience preferred
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Later, etc.)
