About the Role: The Senior Director of Revenue Management will lead the overall revenue strategy for two iconic properties: Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane and Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. You will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies, collaborating with key stakeholders across both hotels, and ensuring we maximise all revenue and profit opportunities. This is a highly strategic role requiring strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to manage remotely while maintaining close engagement with on-property teams.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies for both hotels to achieve budgeted goals.
  • Optimise pricing, inventory, and distribution channels to maximise yield and profitability.
  • Lead total revenue management initiatives, including rooms, F&B, and Spa.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies and drive performance.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and demand forecasts to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure effective use of revenue management systems and tools across both properties.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to revenue teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

What you bring:

  • Strong experience in a senior revenue management role within luxury hospitality.
  • A proven track record of success in multi-property or cluster revenue management is ideal.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent analytical and business acumen with a passion for service and results.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Opera, Delphi, IDeaS, Varicent/myincentive, RevFinder, and Hotel Sales Desk.
  • In-depth knowledge of the London market, including competitors and client base.
