The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Restaurant Supervisor to join our opening team and help shape a world-class dining destination in the heart of London. With a focus on quality ingredients, bold flavours, and warm, intuitive service, this is more than just a place to eat, it’s a place to experience. Please note that this role is expected to commence in early February.
About the Role: As the Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, stepping in for the F&B Manager when needed. You’ll help lead the team, ensuring service excellence and that all operations align with Four Seasons standards.
What you will do:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in the smooth running of the restaurant.
- Supervise and guide the team to deliver outstanding service.
- Ensure compliance with Four Seasons service standards and procedures.
- Assist with training, scheduling, and daily operational needs.
- Foster a positive and professional team environment.
What you bring:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for food, beverage, and guest service.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead by example.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Schedule and hours: This is a full-time position, contracted at 40 hours per week. Earliest start time will be 6am, and the latest finish will be around 1am. The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. Candidates must be flexible to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
