The role
As In Room Dining Coordinator, you will play a key role in the smooth and efficient operation of In Room Dining.
Acting as the central point of communication, you will receive and manage guest orders via telephone and digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a warm, professional service at all times.
You will work closely with the kitchen, service teams, and management to ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time, while maintaining Four Seasons standards for quality, care, and attention to detail.
This role requires the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and a calm, professional approach.

What you will do
- Receive and process in-room dining orders via telephone and mobile platforms with accuracy and professionalism
- Provide clear, friendly, and confident menu knowledge to guests
- Coordinate orders with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate daily events, special menus, and guest requests to the wider team
- Maintain accurate order records and ensure correct billing procedures
- Handle guest enquiries and requests calmly, resolving issues where possible
- Uphold Four Seasons service standards and ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction
- What we are looking for
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage coordination, room service, or hospitality operations
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with guests
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- A service oriented mindset and professional manner
- Comfortable using digital systems and applications
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

- This is a full time position working 40 hours per week over 5 days.
- Shift patterns vary and candidates must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
