This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).

Are you passionate about exceptional service and memorable dining experiences? Be part of something extraordinary as we open our brand-new signature restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge. The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Head Waiters and Waitresses to join our opening team and help shape a world-class dining destination in the heart of London. With a focus on quality ingredients, bold flavours, and warm, intuitive service, this is more than just a place to eat, it’s a place to experience.
About the role: As a Head Waiter, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the seamless running of the restaurant. You’ll lead by example, delivering highly efficient and effective service while maintaining the highest standards of guest comfort and safety. You’ll support the Assistant Manager in the day-to-day operations and help maximise food and beverage sales through personalised service and attention to detail. Please note that this role is expected to commence in early February 2026.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver confident, engaging service and lead the team during service periods
- Lead a section of the restaurant
- Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Support the Assistant Manager with daily operations and team supervision
- Anticipate guest needs and personalise each interaction
- Maintain a polished, professional presence and uphold Four Seasons standards
- Assist with training and mentoring junior team members
What you bring:
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter or senior server in a luxury or high-end restaurant
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset and attention to detail
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- The Right to Work in the UK
Schedule and hours: This is a full-time position, contracted at 40 hours per week. Earliest start time will be 6am, and the latest finish will be around 1am. The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. Candidates must be flexible to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
