This five‑star hotel remains the centre of attention, with 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments, a stunning ballroom, 5 meeting rooms, a destination spa, and a fantastic food and beverage offering.
We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance to join our leadership team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge. This is a pivotal role, responsible for guiding the financial strategy of the hotel while safeguarding its assets and ensuring operational excellence.
What You Will Do
- Lead all aspects of hotel financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis
- Safeguard the hotel’s assets and ensure financial integrity across all departments
- Provide clear, timely financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and ownership
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies and management agreements
- Develop and mentor the Finance team, fostering growth and succession planning
- Collaborate with other department heads to support operational efficiency and strategic goals
- Represent Finance in Executive Committee meetings and contribute to hotel‑wide decision‑making
The Director of Finance Role
- A minimum of five years’ experience in a senior finance role, ideally within luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach to problem‑solving
- A degree in Finance or Hospitality Management is preferred, though relevant experience is equally valued
- A high level of integrity, attention to detail and strategic thinking
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
