Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Michelin-starred Pavyllon team. Chef Alléno is one of France’s most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 17 Michelin stars across his nineteen restaurants. He has featured in The World’s 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our restaurant is contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Alléno’s philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes are rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience.
What you will do:
- Take full responsibility for your section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards
- Lead and guide junior team members, providing training and support
- Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness, organisation and food safety
- Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials
What you bring:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a Michelin-starred or fine dining environment
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for excellence and innovation
- Ability to lead and inspire others while working as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A positive attitude and flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
