As impressive inside as out, this famous five-star hotel remains the centre of attention, as a new chapter begins in its history. This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).
Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Chef de Partie for our main kitchen, which will include our new Signature Restaurant Opening in 2026. Please note that this role is expected to commence in early February 2026.
The Chef de Partie role: You will be responsible for supervising Demi Chefs de Partie and Commis Chefs, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and food safety across all outlets.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with Four Seasons standards
- Lead and motivate a section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Train and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence
- Maintain strict compliance with Food Safety, HACCP, and COSHH standards
- Collaborate with the Sous Chefs and Chef de Cuisine on menu planning and innovation
- Manage stock control, ordering, and waste reduction within your section
- Ensure a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times
What You Bring:
- Culinary school education or equivalent professional experience
- 3–4 years of previous experience in a high-quality, fresh food environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and develop a team
- Working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and COSHH
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A genuine passion for food and curiosity for learning new techniques
