About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to join the leadership team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. This pivotal role oversees day‑to‑day operations of our acclaimed dining outlets, with a strategic focus on elevating guest experience, operational excellence, and team performance.
What You Will Do
- Support the Hotel Manager in managing all F&B operations, ensuring consistency, service excellence, and alignment with Four Seasons standards.
- Lead and inspire outlet managers and teams, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive commercial success by identifying and implementing strategies to enhance revenue, manage costs, and maximize efficiency across all F&B outlets.
- Maintain a strong and visible presence throughout restaurants, bars, and event spaces, engaging with guests and nurturing key relationships.
- Ensure full compliance with company standards, health & safety regulations, and all relevant operating procedures.
- Collaborate closely with Culinary, Sales, Marketing, and Events teams to deliver seamless and elevated experiences for leisure, corporate, and social guests.
- Contribute to innovation in menus, concepts, and guest experiences, ensuring our offerings remain fresh and exciting.
What You Bring
- Progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, with a strong foundation in Food & Beverage operations.
- Prior experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant Director in a multi‑outlet hotel or resort.
- Proven track record of leading high‑performing teams and delivering commercial success.
- Deep understanding of luxury service standards and a client‑centric mindset.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Strategic thinker with operational acumen and attention to detail.
- University degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
