Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Junior Sommelier to join our team.

Discover Pavyllon London, a Michelin‑starred restaurant in the heart of Mayfair and the British expression of Chef Yannick Alléno’s modern French cuisine, blending culinary artistry with the relaxed elegance of a neighborhood restaurant. Every dish reflects his innovation, precision and passion for reinvention, with counter seating offering front‑row access to a dynamic open kitchen.

Your role

As our Junior Sommelier, you will support the Sommelier team in delivering an engaging and elevated wine experience for our guests. Pavyllon is a space that radiates warmth, and you will contribute to bringing that atmosphere to life each day.

What You Will Do

  • Support the wine service during lunch and dinner to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience
  • Assist with wine recommendations that reflect guest preferences
  • Support the upkeep of the wine list in collaboration with the Head Sommelier
  • Participate in team training sessions to help strengthen wine knowledge across the restaurant
  • Monitor correct storage practices and assist with stock rotation and inventory
  • Engage with guests in a confident and approachable manner, sharing your developing passion for wine

What You Bring

  • Some previous experience in a wine focused role within a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
  • A developing understanding of international wines and food pairings
  • A positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the sommelier profession
  • WSET Level 2 or working towards a qualification, or an equivalent certification
  • The right to work in the United Kingdom is required
