About The Role
We’re seeking a motivated and service‑driven In‑Room Dining Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will lead the in‑room dining operation, ensuring guests receive exceptional, timely, and discreet service in the comfort of their rooms or suites. You will set the standard for courtesy, efficiency, and attention to detail, while supporting the team in delivering seamless luxury experiences.
What You Will Do
- Supervise the daily in‑room dining service, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional presentation
- Support and guide the team, offering hands‑on leadership during busy periods
- Ensure all orders are prepared, checked, and delivered to brand standards
- Greet guests warmly and respond promptly to all in‑room dining requests
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and service flow in the department
- Coordinate with the kitchen, front‑of‑house, and housekeeping teams to guarantee smooth operations
- Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring every experience is positive and memorable
- Maintain accurate billing, stock levels, and service records
- Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times
What You’ll Bring
