The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is a resort hotel in the countryside, just 10 minutes from the town of Fleet and Farnham and 45 minutes from London. With a varied selection of restaurants focusing on use of local produce, banqueting for 200 and with 24-hour room service, our guests have a lovely collection to choose from.
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive House Porter to join our housekeeping team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the smooth operation of our hotel by assisting in the delivery of cleanliness and comfort. As a House Porter, you will work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure our guests receive the highest standards of service.
What You Will Do- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness in all public areas and back of house spaces.
- Assist in the transportation and delivery of guest luggage and amenities to rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness in corridors, elevators and other hotel facilities.
- Handle, store and distribute linen and supplies to designated areas.
- Assist housekeeping with the set up and organization of supplies.
- Respond promptly and courteously to any requests or inquiries from hotel staff and guests.
- Ensure safety standards and cleanliness are upheld in all areas of responsibility.
- Previous experience in a similar role or a passion for working in hospitality.
- A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering impeccable service.
