About The Role

We’re looking for a warm, proactive, and service-driven Guest Services Attendant to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, creating exceptional arrivals, heartfelt farewells, and everything in between. If you love making people feel welcome and enjoy a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You Will Do

  • Greet guests on arrival with a genuine, friendly welcome
  • Assist with luggage, transport arrangements, and general enquiries
  • Maintain a polished lobby presence and support front-of-house operations
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
  • Work collaboratively with Reception, Concierge, and other departments to deliver seamless service
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure a safe, clean, and inviting environment
