About the role: We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our talented culinary team. Working alongside passionate chefs across our kitchen, you will support the daily operations of your section, help deliver exceptional dishes, and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Commis Chef ready to step up or an existing Demi ready to grow within a supportive and highly professional environment.
What you will do:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes across your section.
- Ensure all food is produced to Four Seasons standards of quality, consistency and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment at all times.
- Support the senior chefs with daily prep, stock control and ordering as required.
- Contribute ideas for new dishes and menu development.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
What you will bring:
- Previous experience as a Commis or Demi Chef within a professional kitchen.
- A passion for quality food and a genuine desire to grow and develop your skills.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering consistent standards.
