The Location: Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is located in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. The property features 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments, a 5-meeting-room layout, a destination spa, and a F&B offering including Mei Ume and Rotunda.
The Role: Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests warmly and manage all aspects of their arrival and departure
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using Opera PMS
- Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Liaise with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and special requests are fulfilled
- Maintain accurate records and process payments securely
- Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Uphold Four Seasons’ standards of service and presentation at all times
What You Bring:
- Previous front desk experience in a hotel is essential
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in computer systems; Opera PMS experience preferred
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service
