About the location

Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, Tower Bridge is the starting point for discovering London’s historic past, alongside its exhilarating present. As impressive inside as out, this famous five‑star hotel remains the centre of attention, as a new chapter begins in its history. This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).

The role

This internship is designed to give you real exposure to Front Office operations in one of London’s most iconic luxury hotels. You will work alongside experienced professionals, learning how to deliver seamless guest experiences while building the skills and confidence needed for a successful career in hospitality. No prior hotel experience is required. We are looking for individuals with the right attitude, a passion for people, and a willingness to learn.

What you will do

  • Support guests with check‑in and check‑out experiences
  • Provide a warm, professional, and confident first impression of the hotel
  • Respond to guest questions, requests, and feedback in a timely manner
  • Assist with day‑to‑day Front Desk operations
  • Maintain accurate guest information and records
  • Work closely with the wider Front Office team to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Help create a positive and welcoming environment for all guests

What we are looking for

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in guest interaction
  • Hospitality student or someone looking to start a career in hotels
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • No previous experience required, full training will be provided
  • Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

What to expect

  • 40 hours per week
