Event Sales Executive, Private Dining Room – Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane
Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking for a passionate and driven Event Sales Executive to join our Catering and Events team, with a dedicated focus on managing and selling the Private Dining Room at Pavyllon London, our Michelin-starred restaurant by Chef Yannick Alléno.

About The Role
As Event Sales Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all enquiries and bookings for the Private Dining Room, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through to execution. You will work closely with our restaurant, kitchen and events teams to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests.

What You Will Do

  • Respond to all private dining enquiries in a timely, professional and personalised manner
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to showcase the space and understand guest needs
  • Prepare detailed proposals, contracts and event orders
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including menu selection, décor, AV requirements and timelines
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of events
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, revenue and client preferences
  • Build strong relationships with repeat guests, corporate clients and local partners
  • Proactively seek opportunities to drive revenue and maximise occupancy of the Private Dining Room
  • Represent the Four Seasons brand with warmth, professionalism and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in event sales, private dining or luxury hospitality
  • Strong planning skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive and commercial mindset
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Familiarity with sales systems and event management tools is a plus
  • A genuine interest in food, wine and luxury service
